VRP Client hosted - Creates a domestic-vrp-consent at the ASPSP and returns the authorization URL.

post https://test.api.ordopay.com/recurring-payments/mandate/initiate

The authorization URL can be used by calling clients to trigger the Open Banking flow by redirecting the end user to that URL.
